About Us
We are The Woodlands Psychiatry Group, a family-run business that provides compassionate and comprehensive mental health care for adults in The Woodlands and surrounding areas. Our team consists of Dr. Nora Lee Bailey, a board certified psychiatrist, and Ben Bailey, a certified TMS technician and co-owner.
Our mission is to help our patients achieve optimal wellness and recovery by finding the underlying causes of their mental health issues and offering personalized treatment plans. We use evidence-based methods such as medication management, psychotherapy, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) therapy.
TMS therapy is a non-invasive and safe procedure that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate specific areas of the brain that are involved in mood regulation. TMS therapy can be an effective alternative or adjunct to medication for patients with depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and other conditions.

Meet Nora L. Bailey, M.D.
Board-Certified Psychiatrist and co-owner of The Woodlands Psychiatry Group. Dr. Bailey and her husband, Ben, have created The Woodlands Psychiatry Group together so that they may serve the mental health needs of the adult population in The Woodlands, Magnolia, Conroe, and Spring Area.
Dr.Bailey received her BA in Biology from Seattle Pacific University. She then went on to Loma Linda University’s School of Medicine where she received her MD in 2011. After graduation, she had the privilege of completing her residency here in Texas at the University of Texas Houston.
Once board certified, Dr. Bailey accepted a position as an adult psychiatrist for the Veterans Administration where she served the veteran community for 3 years. She is now proud to provide compassionate psychiatric care to our local community through The Woodlands Psychiatry Group.
Meet Alena D. Wilson, M.Ed., Ed.D., RegPED, NCED

Meet Rick Rawson
Rick Rawson is the co-founder of HC2 Strategies, Inc. and is currently serving as the President of Adventist Health and Rideout, a health system serving Yuba and Sutter Counties. He also is an Assistant Clinical Professor and Executive in Residence for the Loma Linda University School of Public Health. He holds an ACC credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Working over 38-years as a mission-driven leader in the healthcare industry, he is known as an innovator and strategist who has inspired teams to transform culture and performance in his organizations and communities.
As a consultant and coach, Rawson works with individuals, teams and community organizations who seek to align vision with execution and who are willing to do what it takes to transcend their current circumstances and live into their possibilities.
